Green Valley Ranch (zip codes 89052 west of Green Valley Parkway and 89012 east) completed the original and still the largest master-planned community in Henderson.  Located adjacent and directly south of the original Green Valley, the Ranch is approximately 1300 acres of houses, condos, shopping, parks, and home to a world-class city run recreation facility.  Overall 4000 houses were built in Green Valley Ranch.

Green Valley Ranch is ultra convenient to the Strip, airport, and major education destinations due to its location next to the 215 Beltway.  Real estate was developed here from 1993 to 2006. Housing options include; townhomes, detached production homes, custom homes, and Henderson's first luxury loft townhomes.
