Quality as in quick follow up with your client, a "no pressure" educational meeting revealing choices to where the client feels empowered. Great Value in that I will pay you a fair referral fee for the gracious opportunity to serve, but continue to pay you for every transaction that follows with that client. My 32 touches per year follow up campaign is very effective in repeat and past client referral business.
What are the details of the Program?
- 26% referral fee for your buyer/seller referral.
- The same 26% referral fee for every new transaction the same person(s) makes following the initial closing.
- 13% referral fee for every person referred to me from your original referred client.
- 5% referral fee to you for any referral sent by another agent within your office when they mention your name.
How do do we keep track of this all?
Great question and thanks to the internet...we'll keep track for you using a geneology chart. We'll send it to you yearly so you can see how your new family is growing.
